Referendum 74, proposing to open several HRMP channels, is passing unanimously.
Referendum 75, proposing to upgrade the Polkadot relay chain runtime to v9280, has been passed and executed.
Referendum 76, proposing to upgrade the Polkadot relay chain runtime to v9281, has passed. This runtime upgrade has fixed a security vulnerability found by SRLabs. For details, see
Applications are now open until 23 Oct to join Polkadot DevCamp Intake #2, where you can learn everything you need to start building parachains.
The staking team published a new proposal for consideration.
StackUp posted a proposal to fund the second of two allocations requested as part of the successful execution of the Learn-and-Earn campaign for the Polkadot Hackathon Global Series 2022. In this connection, the team has also published their delivery report for the community to review!

Referendum 235, proposing to upgrade the Kusama Relay Chain to runtime v9291, has passed.
Referendum 231, proposing to upgrade the Kusama Relay Chain to runtime v9290, failed. Note that there was a request to the community to reject the proposal. Instead, Referendum 235 was proposed.
Referendum 233, extending the Picasso parachain’s by swapping two lease slots, is passing with 99% in favor.
Referendum 234, approving a Treasury Proposal for WagMedia, is passing with 83% in favor.
Motion 550 is now up for vote: The proposal aims to upgrade Statemine's runtime to v9290.
