Watr Protocol won the latest parachain slot auction.
🔴 🏛 Governance
Referendum 74, aiming to open several HRMP channels to Statemint, is passing unanimously.
Referendum 75, proposing to upgrade the Polkadot relay chain runtime to v9820 is passing by a wide margin. Note that this was fast-tracked by the Technical Committee. If passed, it will execute after only 400 blocks (~ 40 minutes).
A collection of teams are seeking feedback for a potential Treasury Proposal for a Polkadot Summit coinciding with San Franscisco Blockchain Week.
Chainsafe made a post seeking to continue the development of Gossamer, a Polkadot Host implementation written in Go.
There is a post seeking feedback on a potential treasury proposal for dot.alert(), a knowledge base of guidelines for asset management on Polkadot.
OnFinality has published a proposal regarding sustainability options for their API endpoint service.
Bitgreen, Sequester, and Evercity published two posts on The Green Polkadot Project, aiming to measure carbon emission and decarbonise the networks, composed of two proposals: one by Bitgreen and Evercity and one by Sequester.

Referendum 229, an admitted mistake, failed with 3% in favor.
Referendum 230, to make a batch call to remark “Expect chaos”. It is being used as a proof of concept to test how anonymous proxies can make decisions via governance - see the link above for details.
Motion 544, funding a Treasury Proposal to dub Polkadot Decoded 2022 videos to Spanish, has passed Council vote.
Motion 545, to top up Bounty #12 is up for a vote. Note this is an external motion so it will be voted by the community afterwards if it gets approved by the council
A group of 1KV Kusama program members are seeking feedback for a potential proposal for a Polkadot Search Indexer and RPC endpoints.
Subsocial has a post seeking feedback for further improvements to their sub.id service.
