A new version of Polkadot is out with an upgrade priority of MEDIUM.
Nomination pools on Polkadot are scheduled to go live with the activation of runtime 9290, approximately mid-late November. v9280 runtime upgrade, up for vote now, includes nomination pools to the business logic, but a governance proposal is needed to configure them to go live.

OnFinality published a proposal for discussion by the community explaining their new service sustainability options: these changes are designed to allow the team to transition to a more sustainable future and many of their parachain customers are migrating to a model where they put in place lower rate limits for the public API endpoint. The team is seeking feedback on how the community prefers to structure future maintenance proposals for their service.
