Polkadot v0.9.19 was released.
Unique Network won the most recent parachain slot auction and will onboard in Lease Period 8.
🔴 🏛 Governance
RadiumBlock is seeking feedback on a potential Treasury Proposal for their validator snapshot service.
OneBlock is seeking feedback on potential Treasury funding for their 2022 Summer Polkadot Hackathon.
B58 Finance is seeking feedback on a potential Treasury Proposal for Iris, an open-source cross-browser wallet.
Motion 184, for Treasury funding of Ask! 0.4 (ink! in AssemblyScript), was approved and executed.
Motion 186, to cover Polkadot, Statemint, and Westend RPC services provided by the Dwellir team, is up for a vote.
Phala published a proposal to help unbrick its Parachain: the team is requesting an external motion calling
Paras.forceSetCurrentCode
to solve the issue caused by a misconfiguration in the genesis runtime.

After successfully passing Referendum 187, the Encointer parachain has now been upgraded to full functionality.

Referendum 186, proposing to remove Zug Capital from the Kusama Council, failed.

There is a proposal to refund a user of 63 KSM via Parallel Heiko, due to a claimed bug in reading ParaIDs.
The DotSama Experience is seeking feedback on their previous milestones.
Feedback is still sought for Dotsama Freelancer’s Referendum Dashboard proposal.
Referendum 188, to open an HRMP channel between Parallel Heiko and Statemine, is up for vote.
Motion 458, to upgrade the Kusama Runtime to v9190, was passed.
On the runtime side, this release includes minor uniques pallet improvements and XCM v3 preparations, child bounties configuration, lower Kusama staking limits implementation, a PR enabling migration of slot depositors in crowdloans for parachains to be able to swap slots, among other things -

RMRK sold out 20 unique Kanaria statues of 55 cm wingspan, generating over $200k for Ukraine war relief. Every statue holder gets a % of Harberger tax from the Skybreach metaverse in perpetuity. You can view a clip of the 3D printing of one of the statues here.
