QuarksLab has released an article on auditing XCMv2, which also includes a good overview of the XCVM and how XCM works.

Referendum 57, proposing to upgrade Polkadot to runtime v9180, passed.
Motion 179, funding the Treasury Proposal for maintenance costs of the Polkadot Ecology Research Institute, has passed.
Motion 181, to fund a Treasury Proposal for Tranches 4 and 5 of the Encode Polkadot Club, was passed and executed.
Motion 182 by Paulo Zago is up for a vote. His main goals are to facilitate the use of the Substrate portal, tools, and applications; publicize and share news about the entire Polkadot Ecosystem; share updates on community participation in governance and report about events, hackathons, and more. 36 educational pieces will be created during a period of 3 months with the frequency of 3 contents per week. Post 949, seeking feedback on funding continuing development of ask!, an AssemblyScript framework for smart contracts that compile to WebAssembly, has been posted.

Motion 450 to reject Treasury Proposals 137 and 141 has passed and executed.
Motion 453, to fund Q2 of Chrawnna Corp video production, which includes the “Ser, Have Ya Heard?” videos, is now up for a vote.
Dotsama Freelancer is seeking feedback on future development of their Kusama governance dashboard, developed for their NFT Rewarder system.
Bright Treasury is seeking feedback for a potential Treasury Proposal for funding maintenance of their Treasury App.
