Polkadot v0.9.18 has been released with LOW upgrade priority.

Motion 175, a housecleaning proposal to remove three bounties with no contextual information, was passed and executed.
Motion 176, to approve a Treasury Proposal for an open-source Polkadot brand typeface, was passed and executed.
Motion 177, proposing to unbrick the Composable Finance parachain via the “forceSetCurrentCode” extrinsic, has passed Council vote and will become a referendum next week.
The Encode team has published a report on Tranche 3 of their incubator. They are now ready to propose Tranches 4 and 5 and are seeking feedback here.
The Polkadot Ecology Research Institute is seeking feedback on a potential Treasury Proposal covering maintenance costs from March to August 2022.
Raul (Council member) made a post seeking feedback on guidelines for Liquidity Treasury Proposals for Kusama and Polkadot governance.
Polkadot India has issued a report on their Polkadot Treasury-funded activities over the last six months.

Turing Network (ID 2114) has won the latest parachain slot auction.

Referendum 180, increasing the number of HRMP channels from 10 to 30, has been executed.
Referendum 181, to unbrick the Integritee parachain, has passed and Integritee is producing blocks again.
Referendum 182, seeking to verify user JAM’s identity, has failed.
Referendum 183, proposing to upgrade Kusama to runtime v9180, has been passed and executed.
Motion 449, funding a Treasury Proposal for milestones 2 and 3 of the NFT governance participation rewards mechanism, was passed and executed.
Parachain block production time has been increased due to the number of parachains. There is a post seeking feedback on auction timing modification to ameliorate this before adding many more parachains.
Dotsama Freelancer has developed a governance participation dashboard and is seeking feedback.

projects connected to the DOT and KSM relay chains
Acala announced the aUSD Ecosystem Fund in partnership with Astar, Moonbeam, and other live parachains to support early-stage projects in the Polkadot or Kusama ecosystems which can use aUSD.
To celebrate the launch of the courses section on Astarhub, Astar announced a new Learn-Use-Earn campaign.
Manta published The Evolution of Zero-Knowledge Proofs in Web3 and also announced the migration of the Dolphin Testnet from V1 to V2.
Astar announced that it has reached 1 billion in Total Value Locked (TVL). Astar also released a monthly update and announced a partnership with Doublejump.tokyo.
Interlay launched the Kintsugi Bitcoin bridge—the first trustless Bitcoin bridge on Kusama–and released the kBTC Collateral Analysis.
Interlay also hosted a kBTC event to discuss DeFi Bitcoin for DotSama. Acala and Moonbeam were part of the event.
SORA released a new ecosystem update.
Composable published defining good behavior for just-in-time liquidity bots.
Authtrail integrates KILT DIDs using DIDsign.
PHA/kUSD bootstrap and liquidity incentive program to be launched on Karura Swap.
