Polkadot v1.0.0 was released, marking the end of a pretty long development journey. Development for Polkadot v2.0 is already in the works. For information on proposed features for Polkadot 2.0, check out the Polkadot Fellow RFCs. Anyone can comment and participate.

Referendum 58, increasing the parachain validators to 250, is passing unanimously with less than 6 days to vote.
