Polkadot v0.9.43 has been released with MEDIUM upgrade priority.

Referendum 121, proposing to upgrade the relay chain to runtime 9420 and enable Polkadot OpenGov, was approved. OpenGov will bring a new, even more decentralized governance mechanism to Polkadot. For details, read the wiki.
Referendum 123, proposing to open HRMP channels between Statemint and Litentry, Composable, Polkadex, and Zeitgeist is now up for vote.
Motion 415, retroactively funding Acala for ORML maintenance from Nov ‘22 to Apr ‘23, was approved.
Motion 416, funding Dwellir for the development and maintenance of RPC services for Q2 ‘23, was approved.
Motion 417, funding Easy A for milestone 2 of its #60DaysofPolkadot project–which includes developer hackathons and crash courses aimed at 1,000 developers, was approved.
Motion 418, funding a Polkadot Decoded 2023 satellite event in China, was approved.
Motion 419, funding infrastructure costs of Subscan for Polkadot, Westend, Rococo, Statemint & Rockmine networks (from July to December 2022), is under consideration.

Referendum 213, moving the Kabocha parachain manager to a new address, was approved.
Whitelisted Caller - for proposals approved by the Fellowship
Referendum 219, proposing to increase parachain validators to 300, is passing unanimously with less than 12 days left to vote.
Staking Admin - for proposals related to staking and validation
Referendum 214, aiming to decentralize the collator set on Kusama system chains, was approved.
Medium Spender - for proposals requesting less than 3,333.33 KSM
Referendum 211, funding a Polkadot Latam Development Center in Honduras, was rejected.
Referendum 215 by OpenSquare, topping up the Polkadot Visualization Bounty, is failing with 61% in favor (it needs 99% to pass) and less than 6 days to vote.
Referendum 220 by KodaDot, funding the integration of RMRK v2 into KodaDot, is failing with 63% against and less than 13 days to vote.
Big Spender - for proposals requesting less than 33,333.33 KSM
Referendum 212, funding a new lease for the Encointer common-good parachain, was approved.

Acala published the Acala Exodus Plan, which seeks to overhaul and upgrade the Acala Network protocols for long-term self-sustainability and growth.
Astar introduced Astar 2.0, featuring new tools, tokenomics, partnerships, and more.
HydraDX launched the “Hydrate Your Treasury” project, working with other parachains to deploy part of their token supply into the Omnipool and help them reduce their liquidity budget.
Moonbeam introduced Moonbeam Routed Liquidity, a new process that enables the movement of assets from external ecosystems like (Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche) to Polkadot parachains through Moonbeam.
Moonbeam secured a new parachain slot, continuing their involvement in the Polkadot ecosystem for another full lease period (2 years).
Origin Trail is organizing a webinar in July with voices from the Sustainable Medicines Partnership discussing trusted AI in healthcare.
Pendulum published the story of its co-founder and the project’s history. It also published a refreshed roadmap.
Polkadex has made an important update to its binary. It now includes all the code necessary for the chain and its validators to run Polkadex Orderbook v2 and THEA, the Polkadex parachain connection.
SubWallet pushed a new extension version that enables two-way cross-chain transfers of USDT from Statemint to a wide selection of Polkadot parachains.
Subsocial added an EVM linking feature to Grill.chat, which will import any existing ENS usernames, helping onboard EVM users to the Polkadot ecosystem.
Subsocial published a new roadmap.
Unique announced the relaunch of its marketplace.
Zeitgeist introduced the ‘Drop it like it’s DOT’ campaign following the activation of $DOT as token for making predictions.
