Referendum 121, proposing to upgrade the relay chain to runtime 9420 and enable Polkadot OpenGov, is passing with 99% in favor and less than 12 days to vote.
Referendum 119, proposing to swap to perform a parachain lease swap between two different parachain IDs controlled by Acala, is passing with 66% in favor.
Referendum 117, seeking a force_transfer back to the Treasury from a previous Treasury Proposal, did not pass.
Referendum 118, proposing to gradually increase the ideal number of validators in the active set to 400, is currently passing with 82% in favor.
Referendum 120, proposing to upgrade the Collectives parachain runtime to v9420, which would also enable the Fellowship on this parachain, is passing unanimously.
Motion 405, funding Cryptonitas to produce Polkadot education content for the Spanish community, was disapproved.
Motion 406, funding the operational costs of Dot.alert() for Q2-Q3 2023, was disapproved.
Motion 407, funding a survey of the Polkadot Data Ecosystem for the creation of a Github repository, was approved. Information provided will include lists and descriptions of Polkadot-specific terms and definitions, Reports with a focus on data, Tools/Web Sites, Open Source Libraries and Datasets, and much more.
Motion 408, funding Centrifuge to develop a Time Weighted Automated Market Maker pallet, was disapproved.
Motion 409, funding the Polkascan Foundation for the continued maintenance and support of Python Libraries, is under consideration.
Motion 410, funding the implementation of a trustless Ethereum 2.0 light client as a Substrate Pallet, is under consideration.

Referendum 186, to remove the lock on Bifrost’s swapped parachain ids 2259 & 2262, was passed.
Whitelisted Caller - for proposals approved by the Fellowship
Referendum 188, proposing increasing the number of parachain validators to 250, was passed.
Referendum 190, proposing runtime upgrade for Kusama system parachains Statemint and Collectives, was passed. With this enactment, Gov1 is now entirely removed from Kusama. Kusama OpenGov is now the only governing mechanism on Kusama.
Referendum 195, proposing to update relayVrfModuloSamples to 6 in parachain validation configuration, was passed.
Small Spender - for proposals requesting less than 333.33 KSM
Referendum 193, to follow-up funding for Parasnaps due to market conditions, was passed.
Referendum 203, to fund the improvement of Kusama OpenGov through the use of auditors who audit proposals, is passing with 93% in favor and less than 4 days to vote.
Referendum 210, funding the maintenance of ParaSpell XCM SDK, is failing unanimously with less than 9 days to vote.
Medium Spender - for proposals requesting less than 3,333.33 KSM
Referendum 182, funding Supercomputing for the maintenance of the substrate-api-client from May 2023 until July 2023, was passed.
Referendum 183, funding OnFinality for running high-performance public infrastructure for Kusama and Statemine, was passed.
Referendum 189, funding Stakeworld for running RPC nodes, bootnotes, and snapshot services, was passed.
Referendum 192, funding GigMind, an innovative recreational platform tailored for the Kusama ecosystem, did not pass.
Referendum 198, funding Subsocial for the development of OpenComm, an on-chain communication protocol, was rejected.
Referendum 200, funding the maintenance of Polkassembly for Q2 2023, is failing with 59% in favor and less than 3 days to vote.
Referendum 201, funding KryptosChain Media, is failing with 91% against and less than 3 days left to vote.
Referendum 202, funding the development of Ziggurat so it can support Substrate-based chains, is failing with 91% against and less than 3 days to vote.
Referendum 204, retroactively funding Integritee for 28 days of implementing privacy sidechains for any substrate-based chain, is failing with 51% against and less than 5 days to vote.
