Referendum 112, proposing to immediately increase the number of validators in the active set to 500, is failing with 25% in favor and less than 9 days left to vote.
Referendum 113, proposing to reset the Watr parachain’s genesis block, was passed.
Referendum 114, proposing to onboard a Bridge Hub system parachain to Polkadot, is currently passing with 99% in favor and less than 19 days left to vote.
Referendum 115, proposing to open three new HRMP channels between Statemint and Bitgreen/Subsocial/Manta, is passing unanimously with less than 25 days left to vote.
Motion 382, funding tranche 1/3 of Polkadot Decoded 2023, was approved.
Motion 383, funding the operating cost for the Chinese non-profit organization Polkadot Ecology Research Institute, was approved.
Motion 384, funding the maintenance of SubQuery Dictionary Projects, was approved.
Motion 387, funding MVP Workshop to build a UI & Front-End for DotSwap, a UniSwap V1-based DEX on Statemint, is under consideration.
Motion 388, funding improvements to Talisman Portal, Talisman’s “one stop shop” web application that enables users to discover and access the Polkadot ecosystem, was approved.
Motion 389, funding the development of a Parachain Validation Conformance Testing tool, was approved.
Motion 390, funding the development of Motif, a Web3 user research platform, is under consideration.

Referendum 145, looking to redirect Society funds to be staked for the benefit of the Kusama Treasury, timed out with no decision deposit placed. It also had 85% votes against it.
Whitelisted Caller - for proposals approved by the Fellowship
Referendum 167, to upgrade Kusama’s XCM to v2, is currently passing unanimously with less than 13 days to vote.
Small Spender - for proposals requesting less than 333.33 KSM
Referendum 143, to fund a substrate-specific Neovim IDE, was rejected.
Medium Spender - for proposals requesting less than 3,333.33 KSM
Referendum 148, to fund Impulse DAO’s development of 5 on-chain WASM games for developers, was rejected.
Referendum 149, to fund DOTCAST–brand development and content production for the Spanish speaking community, is failing with less than one day to vote.
Referendum 150, to fund a team of academic specialists from Robonomics Network to create a course for those who see the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem for the first time, was approved.
Referendum 155, retroactively funding Polkadotters for content creation for 1 year, is failing with 62% against and less than 5 days to vote.
Referendum 159, to reimburse RadiumBlock for its RPC services for the last 2 quarters, is failing with 48% against and less than 7 days to vote.
Referendum 164, funding OpenSquare for its maintenance of Subsquare, dotreasury, and statescan for the last 2 quarters, is passing with 98% in favor and less than 11 days to vote.
Referendum 166, retroactively funding Daniel Maricic for developing Polkadot Discovery Portal, is failing with 23% against and less than 12 days to vote.
Big Spender - for proposals requesting less than 33,333.33 KSM
Referendum 142, proposing further funding for KusamaHub, was rejected.
Referendum 144, to top-up the Infrastructure maintenance bounty, was rejected.

Veil of Time (RPG built on RMRK) is now open to VoT NFT holders. ‘Free Play’ for non-holders will begin on April 21st.
RMRK announced that 3 of its EIPs have now become standards on Ethereum. These are:
ERC-5773 which allows for a single NFT to have multiple outputs, solving the age-old problem of cross-game skins among other things.
ERC-6059 which allows for an NFT to contain other NFTs (also known as Nesting).
ERC-6220 which allows for the creation of composable NFTs using equippable parts. This means that multiple NFTs can be combined into a single NFT.
