Referendum 97, proposing to unbrick Bitgreen, has passed.
Referendum 98, proposing to modify the genesis block WASM of Bittensor, is passing.
Referendum 100, which proposes to enable pre-checking for runtime upgrades on parachains, is currently passing unanimously. Note that this referendum was fast-tracked by the Technical Committee, and will enact shortly afterward if it passes. For details on fast-tracking, see.
Motion 331, to cover the development of Snowbridge, is under consideration.
Motion 327, to fund the WASM Smart Contracts Bounty, is under consideration. This bounty aims to encourage and promote the adoption and development of WebAssembly smart contracts on Polkadot parachains.
Motion 328, to fund the maintenance and development of Smoldot—an alternative implementation of the Polkadot client focused on using as little CPU, memory, and bandwidth as possible—is under consideration.
RMRK has posted on Polkassembly seeking feedback for a potential Treasury Proposal for developing rmrk-substrate-pallets.

There is a post seeking feedback on increasing the validator minimum commission rate on Kusama (from 3% to 10%).
There is a post seeking feedback for a Treasury Proposal for Subsquid integration with the Polkascan block explorer.
There is a post seeking feedback for a Treasury Proposal for maintenance of the substrate-api-client by Supercomputing Systems.
There is a post seeking feedback for a potential Treasury Proposal for funding GMI crypto media, a network public service podcast series.
There is a post seeking feedback on renewing funding for the NFT Content Creators initially funded by Bounty 12.
Referendum 261, which has no contextual information, is currently failing.
Referendum 53, proposing to register the Bridge Hub parachain, eventually providing a gateway to other networks such as Ethereum and Polkadot, has been confirmed. For more details on the Kusama Bridge Hub, see.
Referendum 74, to upgrade Kusama to v9370, has been approved by the community. The proposal is now in the dispatch queue to be enacted in block #16,356,547.
There are now 15 Referenda available to vote on via the new OpenGov mechanism.

Astar updated its 2023 roadmap with the first milestone: the cross-virtual machine (XVM) feature allowing EVM and WASM to interact with each other & empower devs to build future-proof WASM smart contracts.
Aventus published a deep dive into its Q1 2023 roadmap.
Bifrost announced a new wallet functionality: users can now switch easily between BNC (Bifrost's native token) and ASTR (Astar’s native token) when carrying out direct cross-chain transfers of assets.
Bit.Country published Getting ready to Boostrap the first metaverse on Continuum.
KILT published New Year, New Launch: KILT Website Features Enterprise and Consumer Onramps to DIDs.
OriginTrail joined the Sustainable Medicines Partnership as its knowledge assets help make medicines more accessible and sustainable.
